Automation was set up to streamline his client take-on process by seamlessly distributing data from the take-on form directly into the CRM.
We also streamlined the document collection process with automated emails that collect and store document attachments in the client’s SharePoint folder, thereby reducing the team’s admin workload.
The CRM featured auto-filled due-date fields populated according to set date intervals. It also included MS Teams notifications highlighting the client tax deadlines of each day.
